Blake Price Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Manager to oversee and support the agency's insurance sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in identifying prospects, assessing customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and improve conversion rates.
- Coach team members toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Support team development in product knowledge, referral building, and customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 48 months of professional sales experience in insurance, pharmaceuticals, specialized equipment, or a comparable professional sales environment.
- Florida Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain the required licenses within three months of starting employment.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in Winter Garden, FL.
Compensation: $86,500 per year.
